Mrs Chng Chet Siew, is the Senior Vice President of Regional Investment & Asset Management for CapitaMalls Asia Limited. She sits on the Asset Planning and Investment Committee of CapitaMalls Asia which is responsible for the investment, design development and positioning of the Group’s shopping centres. Chet Siew is the Global Head of Leasing for CapitaMalls Asia’s 96 shopping centres across Asia.

She brings with her more than 33 years of experience in retail management, centre management and project development. She was the Retail Director of Singapore’s iconic mall, VivoCity, which she successfully launched in Dec 2006. Chet Siew was formerly the Centre Director for Raffles City and Millenia Singapore, 2 of Singapore’s most prestigious integrated mixed-used developments. Chet Siew was also the Executive Director of Amrita Spas which she developed and helmed globally across 12 Raffles Hotels and Swissotel Hotels.

She serves as Honorary Secretary of The Association of Shopping Centres and is the Chairperson for its Education Committee. Chet Siew is a Board Member for Singapore Real Estate and Construction Centre as well as Exco member of The Orchard Road Business Association (Singapore). She also serves as a member of the Resource Panel for the new Singapore National Arts Gallery which will house Asia’s largest art collection.

Chet Siew obtained her Master of Science in Psychology (Industrial & Organization) from City University of New York and is a member of International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma.
