Maninder Gill is a specialist retail and franchising lawyer and is the Head of the Intellectual Property and Retail Groups at the London law firm of Simons Muirhead & Burton.
He was previously the Corporate Affairs Director of Harvey Nichols. He advises many brands on international expansion and is recognised by the industry as an expert in the field.
