Maxim has more than 12 years experience in the retail property market in Russia, starting his career with JLL in 2000 as Head of the Retail Department, rejoining the company in 2005 as National Director, Europe, Russia and CIS, Head of Retail Department. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Maxim worked as Marketing Director in Pascalis, Gardner & Partners Company (since 2004), and as a Project Manager in IKEA (since 2003). Maxim joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner, Head of Retail Services and Member of the Russian Board in September 2012. Maxim's track record includes advising on iconic shopping centers such as Atrium, MEGA Teply Stan and MEGA Khimki, Metropolis, Auchan and the largest Russian investment transactions - the sale of SEC Galeria in St Petersburg.
